Things that require ...LOL, I know, Jillian, I know! Things that require an accurate seam allowance stress me out, although I am getting better at it. That's why I like English paper piecing and foundation paper piecing so much - accurate cutting is not required. The pieces look so crisp and organise they almost make me want to piece myself. The most inspiring bit of all is your comment that accuracy is not essential!Jillianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05076197012454643657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-777082361967445123.post-73800716014436062332013-08-18T20:32:36.520-04:002013-08-18T20:32:36.520-04:00Thanks very much, Rachael! I'm not one of those people who find that chaos sparks creativity. ;)Monicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12224346283881001640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-777082361967445123.post-60386731556022385802013-08-18T19:26:55.435-04:002013-08-18T19:26:55.435-04:00I love your sweet stitcheries, such cute designs a...I love your sweet stitcheries, such cute designs and perfect stitches. I'm not sure what ...Thanks very much, Margaret! I'm not sure what a Sizzex is, maybe a die cutter? I really don't have room for a big gadget like that, so I don't have one either. I buy all my paper pieces pre-cut, which is a huge help because they all fit together perfectly. Almost all the small fabric pieces are rotary-cut, so that goes fast too, and accuracy is not essential!Monicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12224346283881001640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-777082361967445123.post-3893319959252294362013-08-17T02:05:58.489-04:002013-08-17T02:05:58.489-04:00your little embroidered pieces are so very pretty....your little embroidered pieces are so very pretty. Lots of EPP you have done, I too enjoy doing it once the fabric and papers have been cut, very seriously considered a sizzex big shot as it would do all the cutting for me but can I justify the cost i ask myself.margarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14225676137708827434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-777082361967445123.post-44377287619146131152013-08-16T21:16:48.173-04:002013-08-16T21:16:48.173-04:00Thanks, Mary Ellen.
